Silchar: On the eve of 76th Republic Day, Cachar Police had carried out an impressive bike rally and a flag march around the town.
Bike Rally around the town was aimed at filling the public space with a deep feeling of love for the country on the eve of 76th Republic Day and the feeling of inclusiveness.
