Silchar: Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will attend the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa Universal Temple at Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram, Silchar.
The inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed temple is scheduled on 18th March, Tuesday.
In preparation for the grand event, Minister Kaushik Rai, along with MLA Dipayan Chakraborty and Cachar Superintendent of Police Numal Mahatta, met with Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram’s principal, Swami Gandhishananda Maharaj, on Friday to discuss the inauguration arrangements.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram, Silchar.
To commemorate the occasion, the Universal Temple dedicated to Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa will be officially inaugurated in the presence of CM Sarma.
CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has been invited as the chief guest of the inauguration event.
The inauguration ceremony will feature spiritual ritual, cultural programs, and devotional talks.
Following the formal inauguration, devotees will participate in a grand celebration centered around devotion, culture, and spirituality.
